This hotel is in amazing location! Updated and clean rooms with a wonderful complimentary breakfast. Delicious food in the restaurant as well. Would definitely recommend!

My family came from the US to Regensburg for my wedding with the primary concern of having air conditioning in their rooms. They booked and I even called to confirm that all rooms have AC. They were checked in and went to their rooms to discover that the AC wasn't working in all rooms. They went to speak to the receptionist, who showed no urgency and could not tell them when it would be fixed. Two days later, on Monday, they were told it may be fixed by the end of the week (thus, the end of their stay). They cancelled their reservation and found somewhere else to stay. Very, very frustrating that they were not informed about the AC when they checked in.
