Hotel Regent Grand

I al travel from states, I am an honest reviewer. My first impression wasn’t too good, honestly speaking. But after staying for almost around a week and comparing to near by hotels. I would highly recommend this one hotel. Good service, breakfast included, if was told before booking. Over all good experience.

The restaurant here is horrible. Our package includes complementary dinner and breakfast. When we went to the restaurant, there was no buffet. We asked them what to order as it’s complementary the waiter told us to order anything from the menu. We did. After dinner they started the drama - very rudely told us that they will bill the dinner cost to the room, only a few items are covered, water bottle is extra etc etc. we were confused and told them our dinner is complementary and the waiter told us to order from the menu as buffet was not there. They refused to admit their mistake, created stink before everyone and finally charged for the water bottles which we never asked for ( the waiter himself brought the bottles). Their attitude was that they were doing a favour to us by charging us only for water. The overall experience here is very unpleasant. The restaurant staff here are rude, arrogant and have a very bad attitude. Never will visit this hotel again.
