A very pleasant stay at a clean and cozy hotel. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Regrettably, the safe in our room was not repaired during our stay — not a significant issue, but nonetheless worth mentioning. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the housekeeping team — kind and considerate women who contributed greatly to the comfort of our stay.

An excellent hotel. For a four-star hotel, everything is top-notch: the food is excellent, the rooms are very cozy and clean, and there are many additional pleasant touches for guests. But the most outstanding feature of this hotel is the staff!!! In every aspect of customer service, the staff was incredibly friendly and highly professional!!! In terms of price-quality comparison, this hotel can surpass many five-star hotels!!!
