Hotel Regina Margherita

I spent three nights at this hotel and felt completely at home. My room was beautiful, spotless, and cleaned with care every day. I arrived very early, and the reception team was so kind to let me check in shortly after I arrived. Everyone was incredibly warm and helpful—especially the spa team Consuelo, Roberta, Carlotta and Gianmarco, who made me feel like family. The spa team also immediately made it possible for me to have a space in the spa and to get an appointment for an amazing massage, which I really appreciated. The bar staff gave me great recommendations from their menu every night, and at breakfast, the waitress even remembered my order from the day before. The breakfast itself was huge and offered a great variety. A special thanks to Lorenzo at reception, who immediately helped me with whatever I needed and even showed me the spa. I appreciated every little detail and I absolutely loved this Italian warm and welcoming atmosphere. These people really deserve to be well treated. Super hotel, super team. Grazie mille! :)

Recently renovated, the interior and rooms are elegant, beautiful and comfortable. It is perfectly situated for walking around Cagliari. The bar is well stocked and the bar staff presentable and helpful. Breakfast is a treat - fresh and wholesome with the occasional wicked chocolate cake. As a conference venue, it was excellent. Setting up the facilities and arranging for the food was made easy and the staff tolerated many changes. The price belies the high quality - it should have cost much more! But it was the reception staff that were outstanding. I had several personal issues and they came to the rescue calmly and effectively. Would give the hotel 10 stars if I could.

Very friendly and efficient staff, very comfortable rooms and an excellent location: our five day stay in Cagliari was most pleasant in no small part because of this welcoming hotel. We really liked the ample, excellent quality breakfast where you can order your coffee drinks individually and exactly how you want them. This is rare these days when hotels rely on subpar automatic coffee machines, usually with long lines.
