Hotel Regina

We had a large apartment with 3 bedrooms. It was super comfortable for a family of 5. One issue is that one room did not have curtains and got too much light in the morning. The hotel SPA is really great. It's very large with plenty of saunas. Breakfast was also fresh with excellent choices and variety. The coffee from the automated machines was not good. Such a hotel should serve proper coffee from professional espresso machine.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights last week with a group of 7 and we all enjoyed it very much. Helpfull and friendly staff, great and large wellness area, comfy spacious rooms, good restaurant and a good breakfast buffet. Heated lockers included (bring a large padlock to secure your locker). Last but not least: located at the quiet side of the town right next to the Gaislachkogel Valley Station to go up the mountain and the nearby slope that ends right there. You can virtually ski into the lobby. Great value for money, will visit again.

Absolutely Horrendous Experience – Never Again! If I could give zero stars, I would! This was our second visit to Sölden and also our second stay at Regina Hotelsuites. Our first experience at Regina Alpdeluxe a couple of years ago was decent, but this time (from January 1st to January 5th, 2025), we stayed at their brand-new apartment house next to Hotel Regina—and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. First and foremost, the overwhelmingly disgusting smell coming from the shower siphon made the apartment nearly unlivable. It was so bad that even the housekeeping manager and staff had to leave because they couldn’t stand it—yet we were expected to sleep there for several nights! On top of that, the hob in the kitchen didn’t work, meaning we couldn’t even cook for ourselves despite paying for an apartment with a fully functional kitchen. And what did the hotel offer us as compensation for this nightmare? A pathetic 50€ voucher for our next stay— as if we would ever return! To make matters worse, when housekeeping staff arrived, they walked through the apartment with wet, dirty shoes, leaving the entire place filthy. It felt like we were staying in a run-down hostel rather than a so-called "4-star superior" accommodation. In reality, this place doesn’t even deserve 2 stars. We were not the only ones—another family staying in an apartment at the same time also had similar complaints. It’s clear that this establishment is focused solely on making money and has zero interest in providing quality service. Charging nearly 700€ per night for this level of incompetence and discomfort is absolutely outrageous. Regina Hotelsuites is a disgrace, and I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this place. This was one of the worst hotel experiences of our lives, and I wouldn’t wish it upon anyone. Avoid at all costs!
