⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I ended up at this hotel by chance – and it was an absolute stroke of luck! 🍀 The rooms are spotlessly clean 🛏️✨, the value for money is unbeatable 💰✅, and the service matches that of the best international hotels 🌍🏨. But the real highlight is the staff: exceptionally friendly, helpful, and dedicated 😊👏. A special thank you to Ms. Kamila at the reception 🙌. When my smartphone suddenly stopped working 📱⚠️, she solved the problem with incredible patience and professionalism – and truly saved my day 🙏💖. Without my phone, I’m lost, but thanks to Ms. Kamila, I was able to relax and enjoy my stay 🍹😌. Now, I’m looking forward to trying the house beer 🍺 – after all, there’s an in-house brewery 🍻! I can’t wait! Conclusion: If you’re looking for a top-notch hotel with outstanding service, Ren Hotel is the place to be. Highly recommended! ✅💯

Expected something better than what we got at hotel ren. Absolutely disgusting bathrooms with insects (lice?) on the walls. Spa closed for renovations (which is understandable). The cherry on top of the 💩-mountain was that they start hammering and drilling at 7 in the morning causing everyone to wake up. Extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. We cut our stay short and went to another hotel. Breakfast was the only positive experience here. That is all I have to say.

Not for travelers from western countries The management is incompetent and as a result the hotel is full of idiotic and unpleasant for the customers rules. You will not be able to use spa or pool until 9 am, so forget about before breakfast dip. The pool itself has rules nobody follows even though there is a full time lifeguard who just sits in his office and doesn’t care. If you want to make any change with your room or at the restaurant don’t expect any cooperation. Facility newer and nice but the stay is unpleasant. Don’t go.
