Nice room, great location, excellent staff and breakfast. You really can't go wrong staying here. Breakfast was really good. Lots of variety.
Loved everything there! The staff were very polite and friendly! I'd love to see that staff in every hotel I go to! When you go there, ask for Dajana, she was the best receptionist!
Extremely friendly hostess. Took her time to explain the sights of the city of Berat and added recommendations. Rooms could need some work. It was very clean.
