The hotel and the staff is absolutely wonderful. We had a spacious and comfortable room with a small balcony. The bed had a comfortable mattress and wonderful pillows. A modern design while maintaining the Portuguese culture. The breakfast was amazing. The location of the hotel could not be better.
This is truly a gem. Comfortable well designed rooms with ample space. The staff is amazing, thank you Matteus. The location is central. The bells ringing throughout the day is charming via the nearby cathedral. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming but it came with the room. I was able to reach Lisbon from Tomar on the comfortable bus service.
We had such a lovely stay. The hotel is ideally located right in the main historic square. The room was clean and comfortable. But what really made it shine was Edna, behind the desk, who was so friendly and took time to mark local attractions on the map, give us recommendations, and tell us about the history of the town. The entire staff is professional and friendly, and they run a top notch hotel.
