Very decent and luxury atmosphere ! Love the lobby and the free cafe/tea corner ; the service is excellent; I’m glad I stayed here !

Great and convenient location. Walking distance to train station. Many convenient stores and theres also a donki and supermarket nearby. Ichiran hq 5 mins walk away. Plenty of restarants that open till late. Can also walk to yatais by the river. Although it was situated in the middle of the so call red light district area but the environment wasnt really rowdy. I booked the standard twin room which are more spacious room but kinda dated. Hotel concierge very helpful, the staff can help to make restaurant bookings. Hotel dont provide daily cleaning services for longer stay but daily water and towels will be provided.

The room was clean and the lobby area was also very nice. However, staff training can be improved, because the check-in staff at the front desk didn’t speak English at all! This was very frustrating for us, as we are tourists in Japan and didn’t speak Japanese… So if there was one area for improvement, it would be to increase the English proficiency of at least the staff who are in charge of checking guests in… The buffet breakfast is pretty good though!
