Hotel Resort & Spa Baja Caddinas

Absolute brilliant hotel for families. The restaurant accommodated my family brilliantly. The rooms were perfect for a family of 5 not usual in hotels. They have two pools one is heated which is very nice. I couldn't fault this hotel possibly just coffee and an iron in the room but what a fabulous stay we had. I am writing the review with still a couple of nights left. The private beach is beautiful. Thank you so much for a lovely holiday which was needed.

Good morning, over the past three days I’ve really appreciated the hotel: everything is well organized, and the staff — especially the waiters — have been kind and professional. However, I must point out a serious issue: in the restaurant and bar areas it was far too hot. The air conditioning seemed to be off, and in this heat it becomes very difficult to enjoy a meal. I understand the need to save energy, but with these temperatures, it’s essential to turn on the air conditioning, or at least ensure proper airflow by opening the doors. Overall, it’s been a nice experience — but this is something that really needs improvement.I gave a score of two for the service, only because of the air conditioning issue. If it weren’t for that problem, it would have been a definite 10+ I hope the situation improves in the next few days while I’m still staying here.

Pool and area (umbrellas and sun beds) closed for 6 of 12 hour opening period to enable the set up of a gala of which you can pay €100 per person to attend. No communication during booking to warn of lack of facilities for the day. No alternative provision made. No reduction to cost. Nothing. The area is beautiful and very remote. Perfect for those wanting to just relax all day by the pool… oh wait… Food good. Rooms basic. Waiting staff in restaurant good. Female lifeguard helpful and super chilled. Would I go again? No. Never.
