Best room we've ever stayed in so far. Beautiful view. Huge hot tub! Very clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool. Only problem is there is no handle bar to get in and out of the pool so it's a little difficult, but not too bad. Still very beautiful and relaxing.
This is a luxury resort with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The rooms have large balconies and the pool is wonderful, the only downside is that the pool closes at 6:30 pm so you can't relax around the pool after dinner. The included breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've had with a huge variety of pastries, meats, eggs, fresh fruit, juices, cappuccino, coffee, etc. Due to the train tracks there's a 10-15 minute walk to reach the ocean walk, it's not reachable direct from the hotel property, but the train is very quiet, so not a noise concern. It's also a convenient way to reach Naples with a 10 minute ride. It was a comfortable and enjoyable stay at a reasonable price.
After reading mixed reviews about this place I decided to give it a go and I am really glad we did. I will be really honest about what we loved and what needs some improvement. If these small things are fixed it would get the full 5 stars this hotel honestly deserves. Firstly, the design of this hotel is impeccable and I feel confident you will not find anything like this in the surrounding areas. It is so clean and the rooms are beautiful and well equipped. Everything was very comfortable and we slept beautifully all week. There is a very modern feel to it and the general aesthetic is 6 stars. The pool area? Beautiful. Terrace by the bar? Beautiful. The facilities? Outstanding. The breakfast is good overall with a decent amount of options for the size of the hotel. The general quality of the food is good. There’s really only one thing that needs work in this hotel. The “experience” factor and some of the service. I think reviews saying the staff are rude are unfair as I did not experience this. I do however think the staff could be more attentive. I thought Maruella, Antonio, and 2 Carlo’s (Lifeguard and Waiter) were great. However we sometimes needed to go and find people to order something and for a hotel like this that shouldn’t be the case. The reality is that if we were approached more we would have ordered a significant amount more drinks. The actual restaurant Litho55 needs more work and the service there was worse to be honest. These were the main areas that need improvement. Perhaps some more music at the bar and by the pool would be nice but other than this we had a wonderful time and I would genuinely go back. Is it perfect? Not quite but I would still strongly recommend.
