Booked this place through Crystal ski / Tui for white family Christmas and would happily return next year! What a great way to spend Christmas in the snow. This is a fabulous place for the money. Spa facilities are great. Food was really good on all days. Big thanks to all the staff , receptions ladies that greeted us with smiles, waiting staff that served us breakfast and dinner, bar staff that kept the conversation. We had no car so getting around with a free skibus requires planning so would highly recommend renting a car which will allow you to see more and ski more.

We spent 7 days there - family of 4 with little kids. The room is really tiny as well as the bathroom. I had barely room in the shower and kids are sleeping in bunk beds in a space smaller than a closet … They advertise a gym but there is no AC, no water, no towels, no air. Kids mini club is great for kids from age 5/6 not below as there are no real animation during the day. There is a team that does baby dance and shows every night they are great but I excepted more activities during the day and not only babysitting. The food buffet breakfast was ok. Same every day. The evening buffet was overall good especially the pasta bar. The view is amazing and we enjoyed our stay even though our expectations were higher as we booked a 4 stars resort. It’s a good 3 -stars mountain resort.

We spent 3 weeks (it was the second year) and unfortunately this time our stay was far from being pleasant. Nothing to say about the personnel, but for 3 weeks we couldn't sleep properly due to the continous noises coming from the other apartments and from the corridor and stairs. Children screamimg and running no-stop until late (after 11h00pm) and noises coming from other apartments (chairs, balls, running) starting from very early in the morning (even before 7h00). I started complaining on the 2nd week, but nothing changed. I think the personnel should be stricter with its guests in terms of the noise. I found myself having to complain with a family who was letting the children playing footbal in the balcony at 7h30am... or went to the reception at 7h00 (which was closed at that time) to complaining about the people upstairs who at that time were moving chairs around and then having their child running no stop. I never had such a bad experience and I after 3 weeks of sleep deprivation I felt exhausted.
