An excellent hotel. Good sized rooms. Very friendly staff. The restaurant is amazing. All the food on the menu can be recommended. A great selection of quality wines from the region. We had a perfect mini break here and will definitely come back again. Can highly recommend.

Had a brilliant weekend. This is such a lovely, quaint, small family run hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Our 3 course meal each evening was also delicious😋 Family Becker are always so friendly and helpful. Thank you for another perfect stay, we look forward to our next visit 🥰

We discovered this hotel via Holiday Concept. On our first day, my wife ordered a glass of rosé. After tasting it, we both agreed that it was one of the best rosés we’ve ever had. We ordered a bottle every day thereafter, and the waitress mentioned that they only have one type of rosé. On our last night, I ordered the same bottle, but this time from a different waiter. He brought an already opened bottle of white wine to the table. I told him that I had ordered rosé, but he insisted that it was rosé. I had to show him a picture we previously took of the rosé to convince him, and he took it back. The owner then came with an already opened bottle of rosé, poured it, and mentioned that rosé can change color from white to red, then left. My wife and I tasted it and immediately looked at each other—this was not the same rosé, despite it being the same bottle. It tasted like cheap white wine with red coloring. I spoke to the owner in private to ask about this, and she aggressively tried to convince me that my taste buds were off that night. I mentioned that my wife had the same experience. She was very rude, and I had to ask her to calm down. Not wanting to make a scene, I decided not to argue further. Back at the table, we tried to drink the wine, but it was revolting. The owner returned to our table to insist again that we were wrong. I asked her to taste it, but she just walked away. We ordered other drinks to enjoy with our food and didn’t touch the wine again. Of course, we were charged for the bottle anyway. We were on vacation and had an open budget. It’s not about the money; it’s the principle. We both have experience in various areas of the hospitality industry. Until this point, we had always thoroughly enjoyed the high quality of the food, our spacious room, and the aesthetically pleasing area. Final Thoughts: Our overall experience at the hotel was positive until this incident with the rosé. The quality of the food, the spacious room, and the beautiful surroundings were all commendable. However, the handling of the wine issue by the staff and owner was disappointing and unprofessional. It's unfortunate that such an incident marred what had been an otherwise enjoyable stay. We hope the management takes this feedback constructively and improves their service in the future.
