Top service, menu card is not big but the food is awesome!! Will definitely come here again!!
We stayed here for several nights and I have read some negative reviews about the woman at the reception who never said good morning or hello whatsoever. This is a family run hotel and the lady at the reception, I am sure is the lady, who is the subject of several reviews, who never said good morning or hello to the hotel guests. This hotel has a very good location and if the management will continue to ignore their negative reviews, I am sure this hotel will no longer be patronized even by the Austrians who wrote the negative reviews. The hotel has rooms with a view of the Attersee and the rooms and breakfast are acceptable. The lady serving breakfast is a lot friendlier than the lady at the Reception. I do not know if the hotel management is reading their reviews. They should improve their good relations with hotel guests. There is a Chinese Restaurant across the hotel, I think, owned by a chinese couple who spoke broken german but a lot friendlier than the lady at the reception at this hotel. I hope they would improve the management of this hotel especially at the Reception. I have also read reviews from former employees of this hotel how they were treated by the hotel management.
