Hotel Restaurant L'Esturgeon

Charming and delicious restaurant and hotel by the Seine. One of our family go to in the area when we visit! The view is so great on the river. We had a lovely family lunch this weekend. it is always a nice experience. We stayed before at the hotel for a wedding in Poissy and it was really comfortable and got to enjoy the fireworks on the river for 14th of July National Celebration. Can only recommend!

I had a great stay at this hotel in Poissy. The room was clean, and the restaurant provided delicious meals with excellent service. The staff were attentive and made my stay very comfortable. Highly recommended!

☹️ Worst experience after staying in over 40 countries !! 😠 Stayed at L’estrugeon for 10 nights. Rooms were ok, but no aircon basic amenities, old rustic but clean rooms. First 3 nights booking online I got it at 113 euro per night , I had rhe option online to extend at same price but the staff told me that I will be getting a cheaper option for same room, since it had convenience I to my office extended my stay 7 more nights. At check out, I got charged 140 euro but with no mention of the change in room fare. Learning to ensure get everything documented to avoid such cheap play!! 🤬 You had wrongly charged me for food that I did not eat and I followed up for the payment that did not go thorough, you did not allow your employee to even swipe and settle the balance before I left , so I had the courtesy to give you 2 of credit card before check out and furthermore I had contacted you after payment did not go from my own accord and you tell me you had to fight to get the payment, wow worst management , even worse off attitude…. Wow amazing and courteous leadership, which is why you will live and die as a family owned hotel R.I.P my dear friend.
