Hotel & Restaurant Milan

This is a really good, quiet chilled out hotel not too far from the centre of Pula. It's very modern, clean and well designed. The staff are really nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and well equipped with aircon. Very good - recommended!

Great hotel! Makes you feel welcomed, very friendly staff. Bed is comfortable, room’s size is nice. Roll up stutters make you sleep like a baby. Mall and beach is close, just 400-500 m. Breakfast was so-so, not a lot of choices, but super friendly people. Omlet is done by request! Parking is covered and spacious. Bathrobes in the room and a lot of nice fluffy towels! Couple things that can be improved: wi-fi was very bad in our room (203) and in the whole restaurant of hotel. So we were little bit frustrated. There can be a shelf in the shower to put the shampoo and staff - really needed! Overall we were very please to stay there! I will recommend

Modern, fresh and clean but with some important drawbacks: 1) No elevator from street level to reception. Four stars shouldn't mean carrying your own bags up and down the stairs. 2) If you set the AC to 18°C you won't get anything lower than 25. We were sweating in our room and so were our neighbours in other rooms. 3) During the renovation they "forgot" to change the mattresses: the one in my room was horribly uncomfortable, and gave zero support. 4) Modest breakfast options. 5) Extremely slow WiFi All in all an OK hotel, but a with very low value-for-money factor.
