Hotel Restaurant Piccard

From outside the hotel looks outdated. But once we entered the premises, we were so surprised, the restaurant area is so chick, clean and everything looks brand new. The water in the swimming pool has a great temperature, it makes us can swim comfortably. The area aroind swimming pool is super clean too, you can shower and change your clothes inside the swimming pool area, also there are towels available. We enjoyed the sauna a lot! They also has a tan bed that the guest can use it for free. The breakfast also plentiful. We stayed in family room for 3 person, this room has a big patio with view parking place of the hotel. We found the doors between bathroom and main door is too narrow, so you need to be carefull when open the door. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and for sure we would like to come back some other time.

Perfect location if you want to be near the city centr and the boulevard.

We had our Christmas 2023 dinner here with our family. We were also here in 2022, so we sort of knew what we could expect. You would think right? Let’s just say… we had a different Christmas dinner experience this year. This year there was a running buffet instead of a seated dining experience. The food was abundant, and tasty. And… there an artist that was singing and playing guitar live. Sounds nice… right?? Nope!!! The volume level was so loud that we couldn’t even have a normal conversation while we were having our dinner. I’ll be honest, my appetite became less and less because of a headache. It was just surprising and plainly unacceptable that the sound was so impossibly loud… Now, to be clear… The personnel was very helpful, friendly and professional. I don’t know how they were able to work in such a loud environment. I just hope that they had some earplugs to protect them from the loud music. They have our upmost respect!! It took a while for my headache to disappear when we finally left the restaurant. Please please please next time for the love of God and everything that is holy… please lower the volume!! It literally makes or breaks the dining experience. That’s why I’ll give 3 stars for the Christmas 2023 dining experience. And to be clear, this was just our own personal experience. Some other customers may not have had the same experience, which is fair. But this is our honest review, not bashing anyone. There is definitely room for improvement for next year!!
