Hotel & Restaurant Ponte Bianco

Good location, superb restaurants nearby. Breakfast served in a public accessible caffe, filled with cigarette smoke.

Google map is not precise for this place, as it has 3 separate units: in one building restaurant (which we heard is one of the best in Vranje), while in 2nd building is hotel and pizzeria/bar. Our review is for hotel. This hotel in our opinion is good 3 star hotel, but to actually be 4 stars it misses some amenities and food quality. Rooms (4 stars): - spacious with large beds - the washroom we had was uniqueue, it had glass doors (the whole washroom). The shower was visible from the bed. There was privacy around the toilet. Problem is that neighbours from the windows could see inside the shower. curtains helped to some extent - do not disturb/please clean room sign is missing, so when we came to our room, it was cleaned, towels were changed and bed was made. Next morning we asked on the reception room not to be cleaned in the upcoming days. -basic hygiene set was provided (soap, shower gel and shampoo). -room has mini bar, but price list was missing Food (2.5 stars): - for breakfast included in the price you got to choose from one of the mains (omelets, eggs, hotdogs, sandwich, pizza, spam, etc). Apart from the eggs, the options are very unhealthy and cheap (low quality ingredients are used). - There is also a bonus table with hardboiled eggs, milk, pancakes (pre-made with EuroKrem), one type of cereals, low quality deli options and whole fruit (oranges and apples), this was nice addition, you wont go hungry. The good: - free parking in front of the hotel, while the number of spots seems to be limited we always found space. The bad: - the internet was brutal, in the room there was barely any, and frequently even though connected to the network it had no internet. Service (5 stars): - the service was friendly and helpful, especially during check in. Restaurant staff was nice as well but seemed like they are in the internship, lacking the experience. Location (5 stars): Absolutely perfect, we parked our car and walked everywhere in city center.

the rooms are very good and clean, and the services are also very good. the girls who served us were very kind. unfortunately I encountered two problems. the food was awful, as someone said here, i think it's the worst pizza you can eat anywhere. we ordered other dishes which were just as bad I arrived on Friday evening and a local artist was playing in the hotel restaurant. the volume was at such a level that it could be heard throughout the neighborhood, and it lasted long after midnight. it was simply impossible to sleep in the room. you had the impression that there weren't even any windows. it seems to me a total lack of respect towards the customers staying in your the hotel.
