Very nice Hotel with beautiful rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. A public transport free daily ticket was included in the price: this is a very important plus, since the hotel is not within a walking distance from the city center (but it is very close to the tram stop). Highly recommended

If I could give it zero stars, I would which is ironic because the name of the hotel literally means "stars”. I stayed at this hotel just outside of Bern during a heatwave, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Nowhere during the booking process did it clearly state that the rooms do not have air conditioning. For $250 a night, this lack of transparency is unacceptable. The room was unbearably hot, and the only solution offered was two small fans that barely worked—they would randomly stop and start again, which made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. We booked a room for one night to rest after a road trip and we ended up being more exhausted in the morning than when we arrived. For a hotel charging premium prices, this level of discomfort is simply not okay. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re expecting even a basic level of comfort or a restful night—especially in the summer.

We stayed here for one night and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. We barely got any sleep due to several issues. The room was extremely hot, and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. We tried opening the window, but that only made things worse — people were talking loudly outside late into the night. On top of that, there was a loud clock ringing every hour, which made it impossible to rest properly. We had just arrived in Switzerland and booked this hotel hoping to recover from our journey. Sadly, it had the opposite effect. We left feeling even more exhausted, with headaches and no energy to start our trip the way we hoped. We don’t recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a peaceful night’s rest.
