Friendly and educated staff, the room was in perfect conditions. The restaurant has good food.
Went for lunch, and while it has the look and feel of a nice restaurant, the food is just ok. Though the service was friendly, it was extremely slow, despite the restaurant being only about half full. Unnecessary and excessive use of plastic packaging - for every course we were brought a new set of cutlery, each time wrapped in single use plastic. I understand the need to give cutlery wrapped up due to the pandemic, but most other places use paper bags.
The absolute worst food I have eaten…EVER!! We sent one dish back (the pulpo…was too tough and fishy tasting!), and ordered a replacement, but they refused to take the pulpo off the bill! Service was okay, but NONE of the five dishes we ordered had any flavor and were near inedible! STAY AWAY!!
