Very clean, spacious and modern room. Pet friendly, convenient location close to freeway but surprisingly quiet. Nice breakfast buffet.

Excellent place but with poor service. Despite the excellent location, very nice budget price and very nice rooms, the hotel building overall lacks maintenance, the breakfast and service overall are miserable. Breakfast experience is miserable, lacks cleaning and does not worth the price. For example the coffee machines are clearly not cleaned nor maintained for months, they are not proactivelly replenishing anything, staff is not service oriented, and you need o keep asking for furndamental availability of things like napkins, spoons and others. In the bar you need to ask them a favour to clean your table otherwise they will leave other people's garbage there..

Bad experience. The first impression seems great, but once you take in the details!!! DEFINITELY not worth 4 stars. Hair in the shower, streaks on the glass and mirror, peeling paint on the doors. The entire room is not great. The pool water is clear, but there's moss and dirt on the bottom. The restaurant! Another thing. A very limited menu, and you still don't get what you ask for. They write down your order on paper, but do they read it in the kitchen? The breakfast is also nothing to write home about. Basic, a cornflake breakfast—that's not what you expect in such a high-quality hotel. I understand the rating based on the ample parking, pool, spacious rooms, and on-site restaurant. But our experience during the stay, and compared to many other accommodations we've stayed in, barely, really barely, deserves 3 stars. In terms of cleanliness and breakfast offering, we've had better service in a 2-star hotel.
