Hotel RH Casablanca & Suites

It was a delightful and enjoyable experience, exactly as a holiday should be. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always readily available. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the housekeeping team worked diligently. Our spacious room was spotless every day. Breakfast was pleasant, offering a wide variety of food. The kitchen and dining staff were exceptionally kind and always wore a smile. The facilities were excellent, and the location was ideal for families with children. We cherished our evening strolls to Peniscola. It was lively but not overcrowded. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the staff's easygoing and relaxed nature significantly contributed to our wonderful holiday in Peniscola. We hope to visit again soon!

Very nice hotel, family friendly, spotless clean with very friendly staff. The hotel is very big but not crowded, there is always enough room by the pool, sun beds available and more than enough seating places at the tables around the pool. The food is very nice but kind of luke warm even if you come very early, but it wasn't a problem for us at all... Good choice of gluten-free food, lactose free milk available as well. The hotel is in a very good location, 2 mins from the beach with lots of shops in a very short walking distance. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. There are lots of various activities for children and adults as well. Pool table, ps5, massage, playground, minigolf, sauna, gym, hot tub. Not all staff speak english, but we found it quite good as we tried to learn some Spanish words and used Google translator, and everything was great.

The hotel in general is nice. It's a bit noisy because there are many children but that's not a big problem. The room was nice and cleaned every day. There was a moldy smell from the air conditioner and that's why we hardly used it. It was difficult for English speakers like us because almost no one wants or can speak English. The best impression with his professional attitude and attention to my family was made by a waiter from the Hotel Bar named Jorge, only he spoke English with us without a problem. The place is perfect the food is good and Peniscola is a very good holiday destination.
