Hotel RH Victoria & Spa Benidorm

A lovely hotel made all the more special by the fantastic and hard working staff. Situated next to the old town and a couple of minutes walk from Levante beach it's a brilliant location. Rooms were clean and bright, beds are comfortable, shower is lovely and powerful. The buffet restaurant is brilliant, a large choice of dishes on offer. Food is fresh and tasty. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, every single member of staff we met were super friendly and professional. The restaurant staff were very special, I watched them chat to everyone and make everyone feel special as well as working hard. I would certainly go back to this hotel. Thank you for making our holiday so comfortable and welcoming.

We just got back from a week staying here and it was an excellent, reasonably priced hotel. I would look to stay at an RH hotel on my next visit to Spain. My daughter turned 9 years old while we were there and she was so happy to find a happy birthday balloon in our room with a little message in a card. It made her holiday extra special and one of the waiters coming to sing her happy birthday in the restaurant was so wonderful for her. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and all of the facilities, particularly the swimming pool and the staff were excellent. The food was outstanding too.

From the time I went there It was absolutely spotless.The staff were lovely and very helpful. The food was quite nice too.My bed was a little hard but the Pillows was so soft. I stayed there from 17th until 27th and would go there again because it was so clean. The only thing I would like to see there is maybe is a Disco or Kareoke at least once a week, being English speaking it is hard to enjoy Spanish singers. I offer 5*****
