There was an issue with parking which could have been disastrous. Evidently, if you book this hotel via an agency such as Loveholidays (who were brilliant too), you cannot book a parking space. Booking direct with the hotel you can. Somehow this information was missing and it nearly ended up very badly but thanks to one of the directors of the hotel magically appearing at the right moment, possibly Maria, we got permission to use the hotel car park for which we were very grateful. Once that was resolved, everything went very smoothly. The staff, facilities and food were amazing. I can’t believe how they catered for so many people, three times a day, producing some excellent food! I did not get everyone's names but in particular I would like to mention for their helpfulness and friendliness, Eric and Aida on reception. There were others too on reception but no names. In the restaurant Natalia, Mariana and especially Noa were all wonderful, and in the bar on the roof terrace and on the beach, Joel and Martina. Again there were more staff in the bar but no names. The housekeeping staff did a great job everyday so that when we came back we found the beds made and the room spotless! There were a couple of maintenance problems which were dealt with immediately which was impressive! This was a blind gamble which turned out to be a wonderful holiday! Our thanks to everyone at the hotel who made our holiday an amazing and unforgettable experience.

Great hotel and lovely location, close to the beach and has a great rooftop bar and pool. Downsides are if you are English there is a obvious language barrier and I suggest to bare that in mind as hardly any staff can cope with English language

Review of Our Family Holiday in Spain We booked this hotel via Booking.com for a family holiday (two adults and three kids). From the outside, the hotel looked clean and welcoming. The reception staff were friendly, spoke good English, and were always happy to help. Room: Our room was basic but spacious, with a view facing the second entrance. Unfortunately, we couldn’t open the windows due to a strong sewage smell from outside. Facilities: The hotel has two swimming pools, one of them on the rooftop with a beautiful view of the town and the sea — definitely one of the highlights. There’s also a small gym, but it really needs an upgrade; the equipment is outdated. Thankfully, there’s a pay-as-you-go gym nearby. Food & Drinks: We had breakfast and dinner included. Breakfast was excellent — everything you’d expect: fresh fruit, hot drinks, charcuterie, pancakes, and much more. Dinner, however, was a big disappointment: low-quality, repetitive food, dry meat, overcooked pasta/rice, and tasteless desserts. I would not recommend going all-inclusive. One annoyance was the constant push to order drinks at dinner. Since we only drink water, we often had to ask for tap water (and it wasn’t offered unless you requested it in Spanish). This made meals feel a bit awkward. Activities: For adults, the activities were great — live music nights, a magic show, pool table competitions — we enjoyed them all. Unfortunately, the kids’ activities were poorly organised. For example, during a beach football session, the young lady in charge left the kids unattended at times and didn’t notice when some wandered off. Another day, my daughter tried the cooking activity but had to wait over 30 minutes for a turn to make fruit salad and gave up. The main reason we chose this hotel was for the kids’ entertainment, so this was disappointing. Beach: The hotel’s “beach” is only three minutes away, but it’s next to the port, with black water and a bad smell. Luckily, a much nicer beach is just a five-minute walk away. Overall: The location is good, with plenty to see in the surrounding area and nice beaches nearby. The reception and pool staff were excellent, but the poor dinner quality and disorganised kids’ activities let the experience down. Would I come back? I’m not sure — it was a decent holiday, but the hotel has room for improvement.
