Rialto Hotel Staff and management; My family and I had the most wonderful experience, courteous, generous and outstanding experience. The hotel is next to the Rialto Bridge on the Grand Canal of Venice and has the best location in the entire Venice. The employees were amazing and provided all their care and detailed attention to our questions and needs. This was the most pleasant experience in any vacation that we have taken so far. Thank you Rialto Hotel in Venice, Italy to your staff and management team for the excellent dedication to the hospitality industry. Raul S.
5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hotel Rialto – Venice, Italy Staying at Hotel Rialto was one of the highlights of our Venice trip! The location simply can’t be beat—right at the foot of the iconic Rialto Bridge, with stunning views of the Grand Canal. Waking up each morning to the buzz of Venice and watching gondolas drift by from our window was an unforgettable experience. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service from Roberto. He was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. From helping with our luggage to giving us local tips and making sure we felt welcomed, Roberto’s hospitality added a personal touch that made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a centrally located hotel with a classic Venetian feel, amazing views, and exceptional customer service—Hotel Rialto is it. Highly recommend!
A hotel that evokes a sense of nostalgia and reminds you of grandma’s house. It's Venezia! :) The location is right next to the Rialto Bridge, which makes it very convenient for exploring the alleys of Venice and walking towards the San Marco area in less than 30min. The hotel was relatively clean. The bed, sheets, and towels were clean, but the floor of the room, bathroom, and toilet felt sticky and didn’t give a sense of cleanliness. My room itself was very small and didn’t have a view of the main street. Apologies, but I have to use the word “dungeon” to describe the room I ended up with in this otherwise charming hotel. The toilet and sink were clean, but the shower was very small and cramped. I mean really small! (please refer to the photos). The staff and receptionist were very polite and welcoming. The breakfast was average and not very impressive. You can definitely find better cafés for breakfast within the city of Venice. Overall, it’s a decent hotel and a good place for a restful sleep at the end of the night.
