I had a very nice stay in the hotel. It is very close to the ski lift at kanzelwandbahn/fellhorn. Service was satisfactory, plenty of space in the room, and access to sauna in the hotel was also a good benefit. Not sure about the problems others had with cancelling their stay, but I had no problems with any requests from the hotel staff. Breakfast was a little pricey, but nevertheless it was convenient.
Restaurant in the hotel. Nice. Good service. Food is so good. Reasonable price. Creamy garlic soup is so delicious. Also the basil risotto.
My friend and I shared room 28 and it was large with a separate living area and a lovely large balcony looking over the side street so it was quiet. The shower room was quite small however and the furniture was a little dated. The staff were friendly.
