Federica at the reception desk made our experience a wonderful one. Anytime we needed to request anything or raise any concern she went above and beyond. Thanks Federica, you rock!! Our only major concern with this hotel was - smokers in the hotel rooms. If a guest smokes, the smell spreads to the adjacent rooms and that is awful. The hotel needs to really enforce this.
Location - 5/5 . Love the area , many nice restaurants and bars around. Excellent location, everything within 1/2 hr walks. Room - 4/5 small but clean and new Breakfast - there are good cafe everywhere. I will not pay extra for breakfast. Service - 5/5 everyone are so friendly and helpful. Enjoy our stay very much 🫶🥰
Helpful, accommodating front desk staff. Fun neighborhood near a big outdoor market/restaurant area and shops. Great breakfast upstairs. Easy access to public transportation/cabs.
