It gives me perfect views of the ruins of Stalingrad where so many comrades fought bravely to defend the Motherland and was ultimately was the turning point for WW2. It shoes the pure might of the Soviet Army. Long live Stalin!
Awsom 4 star hotel with all facilities. Osam
Overall, nothing horrible like "one" low ratings I see. FREE PARKING. Clean, no problems there, like bugs or filth. Room was tight- two loft beds, but my wife and I had plenty room on the smallish bottom bed. The A/C is QUIRKY!!! We were in Building Two, less important I think than main building where they have banquets. To get your room cool, we had to keep our door open. At night closed, it was cooled well. It is hot in summer and saving money is paramount, of course. Quirky. Located near shopping district with circus and puppet theatre in season. Mall, 2 grocery stores within 10-15 minute walk. We took breakfast across the street in a canteens with SUPER food. 10-15$$ for 3 of us.1000-1200 rubles. My only negative is in our building, you had to "learn" the A/C system. The front desk didn't offer a solution as it is a central system of cooling. No noise at night.
