Loved this hotel. Husband and I spent four nights here last month and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great location, close to a train station, lots of restaurants near by but also a quiet neighbourhood. The coffee shop on the main level was a bonus, it had great food and coffee! The rooms were large for Japanese hotels, and were a great size to spend multiple nights. Staff were friendly and helpful! Would recommend and definitely stay here again!
Absolutely loved our stay here. Great location for exploring and sight-seeing in Tokyo. Large, modern room with nice amenities and toiletries provided. Friendly staff. The provided pajamas so comfortable I bought a pair to bring home! Coffee bar in the lobby came in handy. Only complaint was that the window was covered in a film, so the room was quite dark and we could not look outside.
Everything is good about this hotel EXCEPT the air-conditioning system. It smells like mold matched with rotten dust and the cool air coming out from it is unbearable. I had to sleep with the air-conditioner off. Luckily the entire building is cooled and so the room didn't heat up too much. So only for that, I put only 3 stars as it's quite a big problem in hot seasons. I imagine in winter this wouldn't be a problem. They have to clean the inner of their air system!
