Hotel Riu Palace Kukulkan Adults Only All Inclusive

Excellent bang for your buck in the perfect location in the high rise section of Cancun. The service is incredible and top notch! The resort is clean, food is fantastic, drinks are strong with good alcohol including Tito's. Pools are gorgeous as are the grounds and beach. The vibe is upbeat and fun! I'm a travel agent and I choose this one for myself and my clients! Enjoy!

Rooms are nice & clean. Not exceptionally upscale but everything we needed & more. The fridge was still stocked & staff was responsive when we ran out of items. Several very good restaurants & buffet with healthy options. All of the staff was top-notch. All polite, friendly & accommodating. They went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. We would go again.

Food was good- so many options. Specialty restaurants were mixed (some great some less so). There was something for everyone in terms of food and kept clean and safe. Entertainment was nice. Rooms very spacious, modern and clean. Drinks were so so - better when they had a mixology cart event at night. Had a great time with 8 girls for birthday celebration. We always felt safe! Biggest issue was the transfer service from airport to hotel and back. Smaller issues- traffic noise, non supportive pillows and springy bed. Staff were absolutely amazing and the cleanliness was 100% in all areas although the back bars smelled.
