Hotel Riu Palace Meloneras

I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was top-notch – the staff were polite and professional, and the rooms were clean, with housekeeping even coming twice a day. I was pleasantly surprised by the unlimited supply of towels, both in the room and by the pool. The food was tasty, fresh, and varied – there was something for everyone. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing, with no unnecessary noise. One of the highlights was the direct access from the hotel to the promenade – perfect for evening walks and watching the sunset. The entire hotel area was well-maintained, with beautiful greenery and palm trees that gave it a real holiday vibe. I highly recommend this place – a perfect spot to relax and unwind.

We stayed at the Hotel Riu Palace Meloneras for a week at the end of July and we were extremely satisfied with our stay there. The staff is very friendly, competent, courteous and always in a good mood :-). The guests are very pleasant and the restaurants are excellent. The location on the seafront promenade is really nice and there are plenty of pools and sunbeds, so it's not crowded anywhere. The garden is beautifully laid out and everything is generally very clean. The prices for drinks at the bar and in the restaurants are reasonable. If we were to travel to Gran Canaria again, we would definitely go back to the Riu Palace Meloneras.

Just returned after a fantastic 10 days at this brilliant hotel. Our 4th time. Once again staff always went out of their way to assist in anything you need. Especially helping our son with his room selection and personnal things. Food, great variety and to a very high standard. (Son is a chef) A personal thank you to Reyes, at reception, who helped us. A genuine credit to the hotel and to RIU. The cleaning ladies as well as all the unseen staff , for me are the unsung heroes. Like I said a great time. And already booked for next year. Can't wait.
