One of the best all-inclusive hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Congratulations and compliments to the entire staff, who served us with a constant smile and genuine warmth. From the reception to the restaurant and the entire hotel service – everyone was kind and professional. Unfortunately, I don’t remember all the names, but we are truly grateful. The cuisine was absolutely wonderful – very diverse, delicious, and beautifully presented. Every meal was a real pleasure. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Keep up the great work, and see you next time!
We had a wonderful time at this hotel! The property is well-maintained, the staff is friendly, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. A special shout-out to Youssef, the lifeguard – he was always there when needed, incredibly kind and helpful, even beyond his usual responsibilities. He went out of his way to assist guests and always did so with a smile. His positive attitude really made a difference. Thank you for a great stay!
This is not a five-star hotel, it's barely even a three. To begin with, during our 10 days stay, our bed linens were never changed. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, are in poor condition. A bottle of soap was taped to the wall with sticky tape, and it kept falling off. There were no bathroom accessories provided, except for 3-in-1 shower gel. Room insulation is terrible, it feels like the walls are made of cardboard. You can hear every word spoken in the corridor, and you’ll know exactly when your neighbors use the toilet. Forget about getting a sleep at night.. The only acceptable drink at the bar is beer. Cocktails are basically soda mixed with alcohol and ice-completely undrinkable. The pool towel station never opens on time, and the pool area itself is a disaster. It's rarely cleaned and littered with old cigarette butts, tissues, and whatever that looked like baby diapers. The same trash stayed there day after day, leading me to believe the area isn’t cleaned overnight. The same goes for the chaiselongues- to get one, you need to reserve it with a towel before sunrise. Many remain “occupied” for half or even a full day without anyone using them. The hotel confirmed they don’t remove unattended towels, so you can imagine the chaos. This happens partly because the pool area is tiny for such a large hotel, and it's poorly managed. As for the beach, there’s no drinks or even water service. Since it’s a public beach, you’ll be constantly approached by souvenir sellers-probably why most guests stay by the pool. But my main complaint is with the hotel itself. It’s nowhere near worth the 350 eur per night we paid. Neither the setup nor the service worth even half that amount One more thing — they only provide 2 bottles of water per room per day. Completely unacceptable for a 5* hotel offering all-inclusive rate... And the WiFi works only at the reception, at our room and the pool area it nearly didn't work. Spa facility is overpriced tourist trap too. We booked 1h of massage, but got only 10 min in total. Two ladies did some massage in the beggining, then turn off light and left for nearly the whole session, and returned in the end to do some massage again. That cost us 80 eur for two, and seems that clean towel was not included in the price - I could clearly see a make up footprint from the previous visitor (mascara and lipstick)
