We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place is absolutely beautiful—calm, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing escape. The surroundings are serene, and the atmosphere makes you feel instantly at ease. The food was also really good, with plenty of tasty options and great service. The only thing to note is that the hotel is quite big, so you do end up walking a lot to get from one place to another. But honestly, it’s not a bad thing—it just adds to the charm and gives you a chance to enjoy the space. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth it if you’re looking for a quiet, scenic getaway.

My son and I were part of a 40-person group on a 1-week all-inclusive package. It was a beautiful seaside place, lovely rooms, 5 nice restaurants, 5 bars, big spacious rooms, comfortable beds and linens. Seven pools, if I remember correctly, one of which was heated. Lots of photographic spots, great scenery. Top class gym. The kiddies club had great staff that kept children entertained and occupied, giving the opportunity to make friends. There is a fairly good complimentary wifi if your workload isn't massive. But there are several reasons I'd wouldn't want to go back there. First, the front desk personnel are obviously not skilled enough to handle large party check-ins. Our room arrangements were totally mixed up and although all the members of our party paid for rooms about four people didn't have rooms throughout our stay. Then, a lot of the staff do not speak English, only French and Arabic, even front-desk personnel. There are no English channels on the tv, so the one in our room stayed off all through. If you are allergic to cats, this is a place you wanna avoid because there were stray cats all over, wandering all over the lobby, restaurants, walkways, etc. The beach, too, had stray dogs as well, though not threatening. Some of the restaurant staff were amazing, but there were a few that were just boldly racist and wouldn't attend to you if you were black. Otherwise, the food was great, at first, until it got repetitive. However, there was a very large selection,so it really shouldn't matter.

I’ve visited three RIU hotels in Mexico before, and each time the experience was absolutely brilliant which is why I had high expectations for this one. Visually, the hotel is stunning beautiful architecture and tasteful decor throughout. We did beautiful pictures. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always with a smile. But unfortunately, the food was a disaster and completely below the RIU standard I was used to. I’m someone who actually loves eating salads, but honestly, they looked terrible completely unappetizing. The pizza looked even worse than the kind you’d find at a street corner stand. 🥹 There was constant chaos around the buffet people rushing like it was some sort of race. This isn’t “all you can eat,” it’s more like “eat what you manage to grab.” 😂 For almost the entire holiday, I ended up eating the same thing every lunch fries with onions and some chicken. And again, nothing looked fresh or inviting. The buffet area smelled awful as soon as you walked in, almost like sewage, which totally killed my appetite. I constantly felt worried about food hygiene and had this uncomfortable feeling that I could get food poisoning any day. It felt more like a low end canteen than a resort restaurant. Overall, the hotel looks like a 5-star resort, but the food is honestly at a 1-star level. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially not at the price I paid.
