Outstandingly beautiful jewel of a hotel with amazing, friendly, professional staff who all go out of their way to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as it can possibly be. Spotlessly clean rooms and public areas, manicured gardens, wonderful food at buffet and specialist. We'll be back.
Staying at Riu Palace Zanzibar was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and top-notch service. We booked this hotel as a follow-up to a safari on mainland. Great to relax. Watch out on the rooms category, they change a lot. We ended up upgrading from the second night onward. Thanks to the friendly staff - that made a world of difference. All staff are very nice, food is mediocre (looks better than it tastes). Much nicer than the RIU Jumbo next to it.
