I had an exceptional experience at RIU Guadalajara. It stands out as one of the most modern hotels I have visited throughout Mexico. The lobby is striking—sleek, contemporary, and immaculately maintained, creating an inviting first impression. The hotel’s cleanliness and the professionalism of the staff were consistently impressive, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. The buffet offered a wide variety of high-quality options, making it one of the best dining experiences during my stay. The rooms were spotless, modern, and well-appointed, ensuring comfort and convenience. Additionally, the pricing was very reasonable, offering great value for the quality provided. While the surrounding area can be busy, this did not detract from the overall experience. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the rooftop sky bar, which provides stunning panoramic views of the city. It’s an ideal spot to relax with a drink or meal, and perfect for capturing memorable photos with family, friends, or a loved one. Our family and I all stayed here for our destination wedding, everything was very nice. I Would definitely recommend it to anyone! We Will be back! We had Only 1 very inconvenient mishap , is that on the day of the wedding we had a shuttle to pick up our guest and they made the shuttle move down the block making all of the 30+ guest walk over a block to get on shuttle. Food was good, our rooms were really clean with a beautiful view. Gym is a little small, pool is very nice. They also had laundry/iron service for my wife’s dress and my tuxedo, it was costly but convenient. The roof top is very beautiful, they also have themed nights we were there for the mariachi night and they sing very nice.
Great rooms with lots of space. Very clean and service is amazing. Order room service twice and it was quick to arrive. They have great music on weekends. The food was decent and the roof top is a must see.
