Hotel Riu Plaza London Victoria

Very clean, modern rooms and conventionally located to Victoria Station, with it being just a few minutes walking to the station entrance. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our flight arrived in the morning & they were able to hold our luggage in a secure locked room until we came back to check in later in the day, which was a huge plus for us, as this allowed us to sightsee without hauling our luggage around London. Breakfast buffet is amazing! There is so much food variety on the buffet, from fresh fruit, pastries to eggs and a variety of meat. I only wish they would start breakfast a little earlier than 7am. Overall it was a great stay.

This hotel is one of the best hotels in London we have stayed in. Everything from start to finish was excellent. The rooms were very clean and bright, the staff were friendly and helpful and within 10 minutes of requesting a few items they were delivered to our room. The breakfast buffet was amazing with everything you could ask for and was always fresh and topped up no matter what time you went down to the restaurant. I cannot highly recommend this hotel enough and when we come back to London will definitely stay here again. Well done to all the staff at the Rui Plaza London Victoria for your hard work.

A RIU fan and used the brand quite a lot as a gold card holder. This hotel did not disappoint. Top class in all areas. Location is good for getting around London sights. Warm welcome on arrival and all requests met. Big thank you. Room on 10th floor with great views over the city. The room was spotless, with great air-conditioning. Needed in the hot weather recently. Breakfast outstanding in quality, choice and quantity. Breakfast staff work so hard to keep everything running efficiently. Will I return, too right we will. Our go to hotel in London...
