We had a really good stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The food selection was great, with plenty of options to choose from. There was also entertainment on most nights, including pool parties, movie nights, and music nights. The rooms were well-cleaned every day, and we would definitely recommend this stay.

From the moment we arrived until our reluctant departure, every single aspect of our holiday was absolutely perfect, largely thanks to the phenomenal hotel and its truly exceptional team. Firstly, let's talk about the service: it was genuinely outstanding from every single member of staff. It's rare to encounter such a consistently high level of warmth, efficiency, and genuine care, but the Tikkada Garden team has mastered it. From the welcoming smiles and seamless check-in at reception to the attentive poolside service, the wonderful restaurant staff who remembered our preferences, and the diligent housekeeping team who kept our rooms pristine – everyone went above and beyond. They truly anticipated our needs and made us feel like cherished guests, creating an atmosphere that was both luxurious and incredibly welcoming. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is truly commendable and makes this hotel stand head and shoulders above the rest. The cleanliness of the Tikkada Garden Hotel deserves a special commendation. The rooms, public areas, and especially the beautiful pool surrounds were kept absolutely immaculate. It was evident that a tremendous amount of care and effort goes into maintaining such high standards, making every corner of the hotel feel fresh, inviting, and wonderfully hygienic. This level of cleanliness truly contributed to our feeling of comfort and relaxation throughout our stay. And then there's Marrakech itself, blessed with fantastic weather! We were there in July, and while it was wonderfully hot and sunny – perfect for basking by the gorgeous pools and enjoying the lush gardens – the hotel's design and the availability of plenty of shaded areas made it incredibly comfortable. The warm evenings were ideal for dining al fresco and soaking in the magical Moroccan ambiance. The dry heat, coupled with the refreshing dips in the sparkling pools, made for the ultimate summer escape. The Tikkada Garden Hotel is more than just a place to stay; it's an experience of pure bliss. The stunning gardens, the tranquil pools, the delicious food, and most importantly, the truly magnificent staff who make every guest feel special, combine to create an unforgettable holiday. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and are already dreaming of our next visit to this Moroccan paradise!

Great hotel. It was our second stay and the first since it became adult only. A lot of work has been done to update it. More swimming areas and plenty of sunbeds and gardens. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The food is lovely, especially the Morocco restaurant, which is free to book. The swimming pool is slightly cold as people have said, but you get used to it. Free shuttle bus to the market was good. A fun experience haggling. Always knock them down on a price!
