Hotel Riu Turquoise All Inclusive

One of the best hotels I've been to 👏.The hotel is not amazing,and the rooms are great.The minibar is included and refilled every 2 days.The food is really good,and there is a huge selection of food for breakfast,lunch and dinner.Amazing food and the waiters are great.The pools are cold,but no one shouts and there is no noise,and the bars are great too.I highly recommend this hotel,if I could give 10 stars I would right away.Best hotel I have been to. And there is always drinking water in the rooms for the guests and it is always replenished in the room. Thank you so much for this wonderful holiday.

The food was delicious, though the wait for a server to assist was quite long, which could be improved. The pool with a bar was a highlight, allowing guests to enjoy refreshments without leaving the water—perfect for relaxation! The kids’ pool was also well-designed, providing a fun space for children. The rooms were spacious, but the air quality was an issue. A dusty smell lingered throughout my stay, and I kept sneezing, which impacted overall comfort. One of the standout moments was the post-dinner entertainment. The animations were lively and engaging, adding a fun element to the evenings and making the experience even more enjoyable. Despite a few service and cleanliness concerns, the hotel offers a great ambiance, amenities, entertainment, and a solid all-inclusive experience.

We had a lovely stay at Riu Turquoise – the hotel is recently rebuilt, so everything feels fresh and modern. The buffet was varied and generous, and the kids’ evening entertainment was a real highlight – our 2-year-old adored the music, shows, and mini films. The hotel is very child-friendly, with a great pool area for little ones including slides and play features. The all-inclusive package was also good value. However, the welcome at reception lacked warmth, and the security at the gate was quite unprofessional. We missed the typical Mauritian hospitality that usually makes local hotels so special.
