It's a small hotel with about 10 rooms. The reception is mostly empty, and you can't find anyone to get information or ask anything. There was a constant noise from the upstairs (terrace) under construction. I stayed for two days, and on the last day, the power went out for hours, but there was no one to contact about the outage. The hotel, its location, and the rooms are good, but the service and customer service are very poor. As for cleanliness, when I first entered the room, it was clean and tidy, but in the bathroom, toilet was dirty. It says online that there is parking but although there is a parking lot next to the hotel it is only for locals. I can't understand how this is a four-star hotel.
This is not an hotel, much less a 4 star. Breakfast one plate and one, yes one, beverage in a restaurant on another building. Beds were not made. They gave us the sheets and asked if we needed help had to wait for the stafflady to come from home. The hotel is the first floor of a burguer king. Parking is a lie. They dont have. Costs 48 euros and is more than 500mts away in a public space. No elevator working You have better hotels near at the same price Check my pictures.
Good morning, I would like to leave a review regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied with the overall experience. The service was far below expectations and did not match the description provided on Booking. The room lacked basic amenities, and towels were not replaced during my stay. The breakfast was extremely disappointing – just a simple omelet was offered, with no buffet service available as advertised. Additionally, the hotel does *not provide parking*, which was not clearly stated. I had to pay €40 for 24-hour parking in a public lot nearby. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it does not reflect the standards expected from a hotel listed on Booking.
