Right across the beach. Prime location. Many places to eat. Clean rooms. Free breakfast. We ate several times in the hotel restaurant. Amazing Sicilian dishes ,good prices. Staff here great, helpful. Check in was a pleasant experience. Quick. Bring your passport.
I was very disappointed and could not wait to check out! Too many quirky restrictions and very noisy. Front desk controls your AC and our room never got cool. When you enter your card to open the door it makes a loud buzzer sound like you’re being locked up! Walls are very thin and you’re not allowed to bring outside food or drink to your room. You have to give the front desk your room key whenever you leave the hotel and they “hold it for you.” WTH? Who does that????
Had a pleasant lunch in the next door restaurant. I then took my disabled wife back in the afternoon to use the bathroom but the rude and disinterested and stiff receptionist wouldn’t allow us to use the bathroom even though we’d eaten in the restaurant earlier.
