I just want to give a special shout out to Joel at the reception desk. After a long day of travel, he was so helpful and kind towards us. He is the first person we met in Sweden and if all of the people here are like him, then we need to move here! Overall, really neat hotel with lots of fun design quirks. Comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. Super helpful staff (especially Joel!). We would love to return.
My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rival. It was our first time visiting Stockholm and the staff was so welcoming and helpful! We arrived before our room was ready so went out to spend some time in the city and they called to let us know as soon as it was ready. They answered questions throughout our stay and provided numerous recommendations. Our room with was clean, comfortable, and the shower had amazing water pressure. Located in a beautiful walkable neighborhood in Sodermalm. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
It was awesome time spent in Stockholm and at the Rival hotel. Stockholm is beautiful, it's totally worth coming here and visiting its attractions, and the Rival hotel is perfectly located, so everything is just a stone's throw away. The rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is tasty and available at a very flexible time. I highly recommend.
