I must say we were very worried coming the hotel after some negative reviews on some platforms. The stay has been perfect. The rooms, the entertainment, the food, all brilliant. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back again.
We’ve had a lovely stay so far. Great location and helpful & friendly staff. Pleased with our room it was very clean & comfortable. Food has been fine too definitely not as bad as some people are saying. Hotel offer free arrival drink and 1 night eating off the a la cart menu. Only a 20 minute transfer from airport which is ideal. Maybe some areas could be doing with a revamp more than others but on the whole I’d say a pleasant stay.
Some good and some not so good. Good...Great location with paid parking available. Very friendly efficent service. Great pool area and plenty of sunbeds and various areas if you want some peace and quiet. Really nice touch with a complimentry bottle of wine. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choice. Not so good...Our room 824 whilst being very well equiped, the floor creaked and the noise from the nearby lift could be a problem for some. The drinks prices where over the top (1 bottle of cheap Cava and two beers 41 euros). The evening buffet was truly awful. The buffet closes at 9.30 pm. We arrived at 8.40 pm to see a sparce buffet with luke warm crusty dishes that are made off very cheap ingredience. The staff couldnt wait to get finished and the 'Show cooking' was finished at 9.10 pm. We complained and received free parking for one night. Whilst that is a nice gesture I think the hotel should address the overall quality of the product. Really cheap food, no matter how you dress it up is not good. Whilst I understand that everything we do now costs a small fortune, if the quality is poor, people will not go for it.
