Hotel Roc Tulum

Me and my girlfriend were looking for a chill beach bar to relax at with a good vibe and aesthetic and we came across Roc Luxe after walking a short while down the beach. We were greeted by Maria who was super nice and accommodating and they have a pool overlooking the beach, loungers, and these awesome swinging, shaded day beds which we took a nice nap on. They were awesome. Service was great and the piña colada was great too. Highly recommend for a chill spot with food and drinks to chill at in Tulum beach!

We liked Roc’s beach club so much that we went twice during our stay at Tulum and both times were truly wonderful. The beach and their cabanas were perfect. Their sun beds are on a swing and gently rock back and forth in the wind. Each cabana also has a large tarp which provides lots of shade from the sun. Very comfortable. We checked out Coco, Ziggy’s, Mia, and several other beach clubs in the hotel zone, and ultimately decided to go to Roc. It is a boutique beach club and we found it to be more luxurious than other beach clubs. When we went, minimum spend was 1500 pesos (750 per person) for a cabana. Receptionist and staff there were very friendly. Food was delicious and portions were big. Pillows for the bed were provided, as were towels. There is a shower to rinse off, and place has clean washrooms.

We had an amazing first time in Tulum thanks to the team at Roc Luxe! Julio went above and beyond to deliver an experience we’ll cherish. Complete with a very nice place close to the beach, on point recommendations for a chill yet adventurous itinerary, and fast & easy communication. Carlos at the beach club is fantastic - we looked forward to seeing him just as much as the complimentary breakfast! We loved seeing the friendly security daily also - they remembered us and always wished us well, day & night! Bonus is the beach is so pristine, the team works hard to keep it so nice, despite the general review of seaweed. Overall, we highly recommend for the most unique jungle and beach stay vibes, and best value for a wholesome visit to Tulum.
