We had a week long stay in the chalet. Could not recommend more. Fantastic facilities and service. The private driver would would take us where ever we wanted, whenever we needed made getting to the slopes and into town simple. Our private butler, Pier was amazing. Looked after us for the week, attending to anything we need to make our stay seem less and low stress. The food was outstanding from our Chef Johnathon, including breakfast, 5 course dinners and cheese and wine. All of the food was great with a mix of different types of food and lots of local dishes. Definitely will be back again soon. 🙌

We (Edwin, Leonelle; John, Willy; Arjen, Belinda) stayed at this wonderful hotel for one week in March, and could not have been pampered more by Georg and his warm and professional family, plus their great staff. All the positive reviews are true, amazing food (five course dinner, delicious breakfast), spotless rooms, luxurious wellness, wine tasting, any time shuttle service to all nearby skiing hotspots, and more. We cannot wait to go back next year!

We stayed here as a family of 4 (11 and 9) as a jumping off point for the ski areas in and around the SellaRonda. Where to begin? Hard to imagine we could have had a better experience. This is a family run hotel but don’t mistake “family run” for a lack of service, hospitality, quality. Quite the opposite. Every detail is thought through from the shuttles to and from the nearby gondolas (Champinoi, Sassalongo, Dantercëpies), to helping you with ski rental equipment, guides etc. Food and wine situation alone requires an entire book not a quick review. Breakfasts are full buffet with everything you could want plus eggs, cappuccino etc etc then they offer a snack around 4pm which you can have brought to room consisting of a plate of local meats and cheeses. Dinner is on a level that is difficult to comprehend. You start with a hot and cold buffet with an unimaginable selection and variety of fresh salads, vegetables, prepared foods, meats, cheeses, and on and on. This alone would be enough for a hearty and full meal. From here you proceed to the menu of the day which includes a soup of the day, two pasta options (we never saw a choice repeated in the week we were here), then a main course of meat, fish, quiche or other locally inspired dish. Lastly you have a rotating selection of dessert not to be outdone by the evening when you have the “buffet de dolci” which leaves to stone unturned. The whole of this is a gastronomic adventure the likes of which we had never seen. This is NOT the hotel for you if you aren’t prepared to fully commit to the food program! These is also a full and very reasonably priced wine list and George, the owner, hosts à wine and cheese night where he does à tasting of local white and reds. There is also the night with local Tyrolean music which was very fun. Stunning infinity type pool and full spa where everyone convenes upon return from ski. Rooms are modern and very clean.
