I spent one night in Barcelona on my trip from Chile to Germany. Staff was very helpful by letting me store my luggage until the room was ready as I arrived very early. They gave me a great recommendation for a restaurant nearby . The single room was not big but but clean, very nice bathroom. Very nice breakfast buffet, worth the money spent. Booked directly with the hotel which gave me a cheaper price. Location was as well very convenient.

There was some problems with booking.com but the staff, especially Enric handled it very well. Would stay here again. Rooms are very spacious and there are fresh flowers on every floor which I thought was a really nice touch.

The "Roger De Lluria" is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. According to the booking platform, I reserved a room with a view of the courtyard. In reality, I was given what can only be described as a storage closet. The only window - barely openable - faced a ventilation shaft and the interior stairwell of the neighboring building. People from the opposite stairwell had a direct view into my room, leaving absolutely no privacy. There was no natural light, and not even the bathroom window could be opened. The room was extremely small - there was barely enough space to put down a suitcase. The only power outlet available was in the bathroom, which, according to the hotel staff, was “completely normal.” Charging any device under those conditions was highly impractical. Forget about getting a good night’s sleep. Due to the complete lack of soundproofing, I could hear every single word, including the loud joking and chatting of hotel staff in the corridor. In a reputable hotel, this space would be considered a utility closet. At "Roger De Lluria," it's sold as a four-star room – at a shockingly high price.
