Hotel Rogge

Hotel looks great. The rooms look nice and clean, the bathroom is quite nice. Their events ballroom looks great and very big. I have only 2 complaints: the lower rooms have a terrible view outside the window, you see a huge wall (from their ballroom). Also even though we had a double room we received only one set of bathroom stuff (towels, etc)

Clean. Large rooms. Good staff. Wholesome breakfast. Beds have a hardwood frame that will likely give you a bruise and the mattresses & pillows could be more comfortable. Also, bathrooms have no toiletries, only liquid soap dispensers which ia not very 3*...

Time ago it was considered a good place. Today is a big disappointment. Entrance looks closed due to renovations, no sign to direct tourists, I had to ask the builders, the lifts out of service, staff carrying on stairs room service, at reception, rudely asking how I want it, front or back (without mentioning the view ), and what's worse, in the website are different prices, it is not updated since 2 years. The bathroom sink had broken drain, paper tissues box empty. Glad that it was not cold and the bed was clean but the price does not match the service.
