We were truly impressed by Hotel Roma Aurelia Antica. The hotel offers everything needed for a comfortable stay, including vegetarian food options and a large parking area suitable for our full-size tourist buses, which was especially important for our group. We sincerely thank you and wish continued success and prosperity to such a well-managed and welcoming hotel.
Good hotel with all basic benefits. Two negative reviews though, room air conditioning very bad, also chose to take a meal to room and they charged me €10 even though I wished to carry. Breakfast very ordinary with slow cleaning and replenishment of dishes to eat.
Went here in a tour group. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT!! The carpet in the rooms look like a murder scene, the AC unit was exposed in my room, and the showers will tear your skin off and get water everywhere!! The only plus for the rooms was the amount of space and the beds are pretty comfortable. For the tour groups who get meals provided by hotels the food we were served was flavorless lasagna, cold French fries (FOR A WHOLE COURSE), and cool whip?? The service is alright, the wait staff was obviously impatient and displeased that we didn’t like our meal. I will say the bar is great, service is quick, the staff there is very pleasant, and the drinks are great though a bit expensive. To use the pool you have to pay 12€ for half the day and 18€ for a full day. There are no discounts if you’re only able to use the pool for an hour or so and since I was with a tour group that was the case. There were bottles and bowls in stairwells and water spilled on marble which caused me to slip and fall. Overall the place looks filthy. There are also numerous hidden fees throughout the hotel. It’s ridiculous. Now the two big kickers was the fact another group in the hotel had one of their bags stolen and my friends who were staying in an adjoining room had a random man walk into the room with a key to their room the hotel staff gave them!! After that all of us felt totally unsafe here.
