Hotel Roma

The place is really outstanding. Pietro at the front desk went above and beyond explaining the city and had amazing dinner suggestions. The breakfast is wonderful with plenty of choices. Location could not be better. Our room is spacious, everything is extremely clean and we even have a balcony. The air conditioning we love that it gets super cold which in this summer heat is needed. We have absolutely nothing negative to say other than you will be missing not staying here. The customer service is absolutely amazing and friendly. If there was a higher rating I would give it a 10! Our 3 nights here have been wonderful, thank you Hotel Roma for an unforgettable vacation!

Comfortable rooms with AC, nice shower, nice amenities, and very friendly and helpful staff - just stayed there for five days. This location is fantastic, you are in the middle of the city a short walk from an array of tourist destinations and sights. Great restaurants all around you, nice people, this place was worth every penny. Close enough to the train station if you want to walk, though we took a car since we had a lot of bags. Despite the narrow streets and pedestrian areas, our car was able to pick us up at one of the main doors. I am sure there are a number of wonderful hotels to stay at in this city, but if you are considering this one, you will not be disappointed. The breakfast buffet is a plus!

Fantastic central location, attractive hotel decor. My room was fine, the air con did its job and the room was comfortable. Only the shower room felt quite dated and actual size if the shower was very small.
