Me and my mother stayed there for a few days in June 2025. The staff are helpful and friendly and the room was clean, including a decently sized bathroom, so that was very positive. The pool is also very useful, especially in the summer, it's clean and it's pretty much open all day to use, we really enjoyed it. However, we were served better breakfast in other hotels - the breakfast is more focused on cakes than food like sausages, eggs, etc which were there but were very basic. The location isn't great either, as though there is a bus stop and shop nearby and Ciampino airport isn't super far away, if you want to go to the main attractions like the Vatican or the Colosseum, you have to take several buses and it can take over 2 hours to get there. This is particularly bad when it's very hot since you can feel faint due to all the heat, (so I recommend going early morning/later evening to avoid it), etc. Overall, the hotel is OK, but I recommend looking for a different hotel if you especially want to be close to the main attractions for sure. I also recommend not going at this time around in general if you can't handle ~40°C heat.

Stayed here with a large group for two days. Older hotel in a run down neighborhood. Rooms were beat up, shower didn’t drain, dirty toilet, holes in the walls. Breakfast okay. Dinner was average. One lady at breakfast made it clear we were not welcome and was rude. Will not return and will not recommend to others.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. At first, I tried to stay positive, but over the course of my stay, serious issues became impossible to overlook. Although the initial impression was somewhat acceptable, the treatment from the reception staff — especially Sonia — and the cleaning staff turned out to be truly disappointing. Their lack of tact, professionalism, and basic human courtesy stood out in the worst way. The rest of the hotel workers were polite and tried to maintain a better attitude, but unfortunately, the overall experience was heavily affected by the behavior of key staff members. The hotel was extremely noisy: every day there were guests (possibly children or teenagers) shouting and slamming doors next to my room, and no one took action to control the situation. The cleaning staff were also very loud in the corridors early in the morning, making it difficult to rest. The buffet staff were inattentive, noisy, and never even greeted the guests with a simple “good morning.” Additionally, the coffee and tea water at breakfast were always cold, and no efforts were made to improve it. When I first arrived, the corridors were dirty, with dust and pieces of plastic bags all over the floors — something completely unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be 4 stars, particularly in a city like Rome, where high standards should be expected. Despite my efforts to overlook these problems and enjoy my trip, the constant lack of human attention, respect, and basic hospitality ultimately made my stay very unpleasant. This hotel falls far below the standards it advertises. I would not stay here again, and I would not recommend it to others.
