Hotel Rosa Blu

My stay at Hotel Rosa Blu was one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. The staff clearly have no training in customer service or hospitality. They were extremely rude, arrogant, and quick to argue with guests rather than help. Every request or concern was met with defensiveness instead of solutions. The air conditioning barely worked, leaving the room uncomfortable, and the breakfast was a complete disappointment. The options were very limited, some items were stale, and the worst part was that I was served a spoiled cake. As a professional baker, I immediately recognized the smell and slimy texture, but the attendants rudely insisted it wasn’t spoiled. The arrogance and refusal to acknowledge such an obvious issue were beyond unprofessional. If you value good service, decent food, and a comfortable stay, do yourself a favor and stay far away from Hotel Rosa Blu.

Stay away from this hotel!!! I went there with my husband and son, and as soon as we entered the room, we were hit with a disgusting smell — it was absolutely filthy. There were empty glasses and liquor bottles left from the previous guests. The bed was supposedly cleaned, but it was full of hair, and the same goes for the bathroom. The jacuzzi, which seems to be there just for decoration, was also dirty. We took photos and went downstairs to show them, and only then did they partially clean the room. Later, we tried to use the jacuzzi, but it was damaged and only COLD water came out. When we told the lady at the reception, she responded in a sarcastic and mocking way, saying something like “You probably don’t know how to use it.” A cleaning staff member came to check and confirmed we were doing everything correctly, and that only cold water was coming out — she was aware of the problem. We wasted over two hours dealing with this issue. The jacuzzi never worked, and no room change or refund was offered. It was like a nightmare, and we ended up having to leave. Our money was completely wasted.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The reception guy staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, I felt completely mistreated during my stay. My concerns were ignored and I was made to feel very unwelcome. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good service or basic respect. Don’t recommend at all
